1. Refund Policy (Pakistan Orders)
Refunds are only available on full-priced items.
To qualify for a refund:
Request must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.
Item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags intact.
Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected by our team.
⚠️ Important: Refund requests after the 3-day window will not be accepted.
2. Sale & Discounted Items
Items purchased during sales, promotions, or discounts are not eligible for refunds.
However, they may be exchanged within 3 days of delivery if:
The item is unused and in original condition.
The requested exchange item is available in stock.
3. Exchange Conditions
We gladly offer exchanges in case of:
Wrong item delivered.
Incorrect size.
✅ To be eligible:
Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Exchange must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
❌ Please note: Change of mind is not considered a valid reason for return or exchange.
4. Return & Exchange Process

Wait for confirmation and instructions from our customer support team.
📦 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
The item received is incorrect or damaged.
5. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after the returned item is received and approved.
For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer. (Valid bank details must be provided).
6. International Orders
No refunds are offered on international orders.
Exchanges may be possible within 20 days, provided:
The item is unused and in original condition.
The customer covers all shipping charges (both ways).
Sale or discounted international items are non-exchangeable.
7. Damaged or Wrong Items
If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or with an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your Order Number.
Photos of the product and packaging.
A brief description of the issue.
We’ll review the case and provide a replacement, exchange, or refund as required.
