By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. INFORMATION ABOUT US
1.1. www.warapret.com is operated by WaraPret (“We”).
2. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
2.1. We accept orders from the UK, European Economic Area (EEA), Pakistan, USA, Asia, and all other countries where delivery is possible.
3. YOUR STATUS
By placing an order, you confirm that:
3.1.1. You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
3.1.2. You are at least 18 years old.
3.1.3. You are a resident of one of the serviced countries.
4. HOW THE CONTRACT IS FORMED
4.1. After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not mean your order is accepted.
4.2. A contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming dispatch (Dispatch Confirmation).
4.3. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
5. AVAILABILITY & DELIVERY
Your order will be delivered by the date mentioned in the Dispatch Confirmation or within 30 days, unless exceptional circumstances occur.
6. PRICE & PAYMENT
6.1. Prices are displayed on the website. Delivery charges appear separately.
6.2. Payment must be completed before dispatch.
6.3. Prices may change, but not for confirmed orders.
6.4. If a pricing error is found, we will contact you before dispatch or cancel the order.
6.5. We are not obligated to sell products at an obvious incorrect price.
6.6. Only one discount code can be used per order.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights regarding the products belong exclusively to WaraPret.
8. WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS
You agree to receive electronic communications (emails or website notices), as legally acceptable.
9. NOTICES
All notices to us should be sent to the official WaraPret email address.
Notices from us will be sent to the email or postal address you provide.
10. TRANSFER OF RIGHTS
10.1. The contract is binding on both parties and their successors.
10.2. You may not transfer your rights without written permission from us.
10.3. We may transfer or assign rights at any time.
11. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL (FORCE MAJEURE)
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Strikes or industrial actions
- Riots, war, terrorism
- Fire, floods, natural disasters
- Transport interruptions
- Telecommunications failure
- Government restrictions
Delivery delays caused by couriers are not the responsibility of WaraPret.
12. WAIVER
Any failure to enforce these terms does not constitute a waiver of our rights.
13. SEVERABILITY
If any clause is deemed invalid, the remaining terms remain effective.
14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These terms represent the complete agreement between you and WaraPret.
15. OUR RIGHT TO VARY TERMS
We may update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time.
16. PROMOTIONS
a) Discount codes do not apply to sale items unless stated.
b) Flash Sale discounts apply only to the stated product.
17. COMPETITIONS (INSTAGRAM)
a) WaraPret Instagram giveaways are open to ages 12+.
b) Entrants must follow @WaraPret on Instagram.
c) Prize images are for reference; actual items may vary.
e) Winners are selected randomly.
f) Unlimited entries allowed.
g) No purchase required unless stated.
h) Entries after the closing time will not be counted.
i) Winners will be notified via private message.
j) Winners must share their full name, address, and phone number.
k) Prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
l) No cash alternative is provided.
m) Date-based prizes cannot be changed.
n) Winners must respond within 24 hours.
o) WaraPret is not responsible for late or undelivered entries.
